Automatic Rolling Line 4 Rolls
Rolling line for the building of round and oval tubes. It is composed of the following modules:
Manual-decoiler max 5000 kg, with manual expansion of the mandrel and adjustable brake.
Straightened with 7 trees (2 pulling and 5 rectifiers) chromed steel.
Diameter. shaft 100 mm, adjustable via flyers benchmark measure for input plate with adjustable brushless motor from ABB 1.5Kw or other leading brand, bi-directional incremental encoder
Mechanic guillotine shears – steel shears power Kw 2.2.
Steel table to carry pieces and antiscratch trolley to put pieces in the bending machine.
Plate bending roll HI TECH – 4 Roll Double Pinch motorized with 3 ABB motors of 750W and 1000W
Automatic expeller in aluminium with pneumatic device on bending roll.
– Antiscratch working bench to collect pieces;
Panel PC with o.s. WindowsXp e used for the government of the machine to the input data.
Fully automatic diameter regulation without any manual operation.
Diameters 80 – 800 mm.
Thickness 0.5-0.6 mm
Productive capacity: about 80 tubes per hour D. 200 mm.
